Artury Ramirez
Artury Ramirez is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, who joined the Gorodetsky Group in 2023.
He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Merced (Merced, CA, USA) in 2023. Prior to joining the Gorodetsky Group, Artury worked on quantifying and optimizing the yield of polymersome formation from polymers on nanocellulose paper and glass substrates. Artury is broadly interested in bioinspired systems, synthetic biology, and their various applications.
In the Gorodetsky Group, Artury’s current research is focused on cephalopod-inspired bioelectronic control of cellular signaling.
