Deniz Keskin
Deniz Keskin is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Materials and Manufacturing Technologies Engineering, who joined the Gorodetsky Group in 2023.
She received her M.S. from the Department of Materials and Metallurgy Engineering at Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkiye) in 2023, and her B.S. from the Department of Chemistry at Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkiye) in 2021. Prior to joining the Gorodetsky Group, she worked on the electrolyte and electrode materials design for energy storage devices and sensors. Deniz is broadly interested in bio-inspired materials and their applications in electronics.
In the Gorodetsky Group, Deniz’s current research focuses on cephalopod-inspired bioelectronic control of cellular signaling.
