Semion Censor
Semion Censor is a Ph.D. student in the interdisciplinary Materials and Manufacturing Technology program, who joined the Gorodetsky Group in 2024.
He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Be’er Sheva, Israel) in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Prior to joining the Gorodetsky Group, His research investigated the effects induced by hydrophilicity, structure, self-assembly, and environmental conditions on the proton conductivity of short cyclic peptide fibers. His primary research interests include bioelectronics, biosensors, and optics.
In the Gorodetsky Group, Semion’s current research is focused on cephalopod-inspired bioelectronic color-changing materials and devices.
